Gianni Russo
Graduate of Milan Bocconi University.
Member of the Italian Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants since 1953

Gianni founded the firm over 50 years ago. In so much time he has reached a high level of experience in different fields such as accounting, auditing as well as company advisory services. Member of the Fee Committee of the Institute of Certified Chartered Accountants in Milan, Gianni is also a consultant of the Milan Law Court.

Armando Russo
Graduate in economics.
Member of the Italian Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1988

Armando is actively involved in a wide range of tax planning and tax advisory services for both corporate and personal income issues. He is also an expert in company operations such as incorporations or assignments. His experience also includes accounting, finance and business advisory. He has performed various audits and is also an outside consultant of the Milan Law Court.

Vito Potenza
Graduate of Milan Catholic University.
Member of the Italian Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1991.
Responsible for international clients

English speaking having grown up in England, he personally deals with the international clients of Russo & Potenza. Vito is closely involved with our clients in all aspects of professional accounting and business advisory services. His areas of specialisation include accounting and auditing as well as business and financial advising for an extensive portfolio of clients. He is also a consultant giving expert's report to the Milan, Monza and Bergamo Law Courts.

> Giuliana
Giuliana has been working with Russo & Potenza since 1974 and actually is responsable of the support staff of the firm.
She supervises the secretarial services and provides bookkeeping services for our clients.

> Simona
Simona gives secretarial support to the office and deals with various administrative functions. She is responsible of the relations and correspondence with the Milan Law Court and prepares a range of regulatory fillings as required by our clients.
